We provide a holistic and integrated service system that incorporates a diverse range of services for people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.In this newly created role, you will lead, support, drive business and improve processes for our Homecare and Disability programs while ensuring the day to day management of the program operates efficiently and cost effectively. You will be accountable for service delivery, the client experience as well as people and financial management. We are looking for someone who is tertiary qualified in a relevant field such as nursing or allied health, experienced with a minimum of five years management experience within a community services organisation delivering aged care and/or disability services with a deep understanding of aged care or disability program management.
