As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will work closely with your Executive Director and rest of the Executive Team providing leadership and advice in all PC&S matters to ensure they are aligned to Spectrum’s Strategy and Business Plans. A PC&S strategy will provide overall direction for the function.Your key responsibilities will include:Business Support and Capability Provide timely and relevant guidance to Executive team, people leaders, and employees in line with Spectrum’s values in all PC&S mattersDevelop and implement PC&S tools, templates, and resources to meet organisational and management needsEmployee and Industrial Relations Lead and encourage a culture of positive employee relations as well as supporting managers in resolving complex and sensitive mattersPC&S Policy, Award and Agreement InterpretationOccupational Health & Safety Lead and support OH&S initiatives and complianceRemuneration and Payroll Provide guidance on salaries based on market data and internal parityPeople Management Establish and promote a culture of trust, mutual respect, collaboration, information sharing and innovation within the PC&S teamPerformance & Accountability Lead the Performance Review and feedback program including the quarterly performance review process and annual salary reviewsStaffing and Recruitment Actively support an organisational culture that is based on making people feel at home, as well as promoting accountability, quality, good governance, and staff well-beingAbout YouYou will bring to this role:Relevant tertiary qualification (Human Resources/Law/Business Administration/Management/IR)At least 4-5+ years of generalist experience in management levelDemonstrated ability to develop, lead and implement a broad range of contemporary PC&S and organisational development strategies, programs, policies, and operational practices.Senior PC&S leadership experience in a multi-disciplinary and diversified organisation in the human services, community services or related environmentWhy Spectrum?At Spectrum, each member of our team is valued, we strive to support people to grow both personally and professionally.
