Through a range of programs including providing cultural safety training to external organisations, providing train-the-trainer programs, and developing cultural and language specific programs in aged care and settlement services, INC is growing the unique knowledge of Spectrum and supporting more migrant and refugee communities.To help us realise this vision we are looking to recruit INC facilitators. INC facilitators will be trained and supported to deliver training to staff (internal or external), or directly run client group work. About You If you have a background in any of the following:Human services – case work or therapeutic workif you are a bi-cultural worker;if you have worked in any teaching or training capacity;and most importantly, if you are committed to the cause of inclusion, we want to hear from you!We have multiple positions available and welcome applicants who are open to part time or casual rolesSpectrum is a Child Safe employer.
