Starting immediately, you will hit the ground running for the next three months working in a small team of dedicated professionals from our new office in the Hume Community Hub. The Complex Case Support (CCS) Program provides specialised and intensive case management services to recently arrived refugees and humanitarian entrants who have multiple exceptional or complex needs.We are looking from someone with a relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology or related discipline, previous experience in a similar role and able to use trauma informed, strengths based practices to assist the most vulnerable of our clients.
