Care Administrator

Spectrum is seeking an experienced Care Administrator to join our expanding and ever changing Aged and Disability Team in Dallas. As a Care Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring daily rostering, intake, allocations and administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner to maximize resources and run efficiencies in the deployment of support workers.  A strong focus on client engagement is a key aspect of this role, as an integral and first point of contact with clients.Our ideal candidate will hold a Certificate III in Aged Care, Administration or a related discipline with strong computer literacy and problem solving skills. Having worked in a similar role before you will have great people skills, a passion for providing high quality services and sound knowledge of the current challenges within the Aged and Disability Care sectors.   In the part time role, the hours and days are flexible.
