Spectrum is currently seeking an experienced and qualified Case Manager to work within the new Humanitarian Settlement Program. You will support and assist newly arrived refugees along their settlement journey in Australia, ensuring that refugees from all walks of life feel at home in Australia.As a HSP Case Manager you will:Work with clients and relevant stakeholders to provide holistic, strengths-based case management, information and referral services to HSP clientsHold a client caseload of a minimum 45 clientsFacilitates the implementation of the case management plan and provides a vital role in ensuring that clients have access to all required services to achieve settlement outcomesmeet KPI's and timelines for data entry as directed by Department of Social Services (DSS) Case Management Guidelines and work collaboratively with the team to ensure service outcomes are achieved for each client.for data entryArabic Speaking (highly desirable)We are looking for someone with a relevant and mandatory tertiary qualification, demonstrated experience working with people from refugee/settlement backgrounds, the ability to speak a community language (primarily Arabic) is highly desirable.
